A site is a location whose traceability operations you manage with ImpactRecall: a plant, processing facility, warehouse, distribution center, farm or packhouse.
You don’t need to own the location.
A manufacturer running one factory is one site. A manufacturer running five factories is five sites. A brand owner actively managing traceability across two co-packers and a 3PL has three sites.
Suppliers, customers and other trading partners you connect to your network aren’t counted as sites unless you actively manage that location.
No. Users are unlimited.
Everyone who needs an account gets one: quality, operations, warehouse, procurement, finance, leadership. Traceability only works when the people doing the work are in the system, so we don’t put a price on adding them.

Larger or bespoke implementation work is scoped with you before anything starts, so there is never a surprise on an invoice.
No. You’ll never be charged for running a recall.
Tracing affected products, investigating lots, sending communications, coordinating with your network and managing the recall workflow are all part of your subscription, and so are mock recalls.
When something goes wrong, we want you using ImpactRecall, not counting the cost.
Yes. FSMA 204 is included as part of ImpactRecall.
You can capture and maintain the traceability information FSMA 204 requires, and generate what you need to respond to an FDA request.
There’s no separate FSMA 204 product to buy, and no additional charge each time you generate a report.
