Network Intelligence is the operational brain of ImpactRecall. It connects product data, lot-level journeys and market signals across the organizations in your supply chain, so teams can trace, hold, recall and reconcile from one shared record. Customers and partners see risk earlier and build a more adaptive, predictable network.

Journey with us
Start with one client. Build around the engagement.
Bring a client challenge and your advisory approach. We'll agree the scope, connect a focused workflow, and test it together before planning the next stage.
Recall and crisis advisers, food-safety and supplier-assurance consultants, certification-readiness specialists, and traceability implementation teams. Start with the client work your expertise supports: assessment, implementation, exercises, response support, or continuing reviews. Your firm brings professional judgment, methodology, and the client relationship; ImpactRecall supplies connected operating workflows and evidence.
We can discuss introducing a suitable client, helping implement and enable a workflow, or using the platform within continuing advisory work. The first conversation should define your role, the client's needs, and the support required. There is no fixed referral, reseller, or white-label program; commercial arrangements and access terms are agreed separately.
Yes. Build a plan in ImpactRecall or upload the client's existing plan, then retain its governing version, scope, locations, and responsibilities alongside the response. The consultant can help review and prepare it within the agreed role. The authorized client team approves the plan and makes recall decisions; having a plan on file does not itself establish readiness.
Yes. Run controlled TEST ONLY exercises against the client's plan and recorded product relationships. Test affected destinations, communication exceptions, explicit acknowledgments, quantities, and required evidence. Review the exercise record and debrief with the team, then assign follow-up. Unlimited mock recall simulations are supported; agreed access, subscriptions, and engagement arrangements remain separate from unlimited network participation.
Relevant SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, and IFS Food evidence can form part of a supplier-assurance or readiness engagement. Help the client review document applicability, site/product scope, expiry, and open corrective work. The platform supports records and follow-through; it does not award certification or replace the scheme's independent audit. The site's program remains its responsibility.
Define applicable requirements, invite supplier submissions and review relevant certifications, specifications, insurance, audit, and other evidence. Scanning can extract draft fields for review and correction. Configured renewal triggers, reminders, and escalations help keep outstanding work visible. A submitted document, extracted field, accepted evidence, and supplier approval are distinct states; scanning alone does not prove authenticity or approval.
Connect applicable source records and follow actual input lots through transformations to output lots, recorded packaging units, and destinations. Maintain the traceability plan alongside those records. Generate a sortable spreadsheet and supporting documentation for the requested scope, and send it to the named FDA contact after review. Applicability and completeness still require review; sending does not establish FDA acceptance.
With client-agreed access, review the issue, plan, scope decision, and response evidence, and coordinate your advisory work with the client's authorized team. Configured AI phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and in-app alerts support communications and escalations. The maintained Recall Case Record connects decisions, actions, evidence, and financial follow-up. The client retains authority over the recall and its operational decisions.
Access follows the agreed purpose, selected records, and roles authorized by the client. An evidence review may be read-only; implementation work requires the relevant authorized permissions. Agree this before the engagement. Do not assume a partnership provides visibility into every client, product, or price, or that a separate consultancy-wide portal is included.
No. Connect existing ERP, WMS, production, SCM, and other relevant sources where the integration supports the workflow. Spreadsheet/CSV imports and manual entry provide alternatives where appropriate. The engagement should establish mappings, required fields, source ownership, and missing relationships. Confirm the specific integration and data scope rather than assuming compatibility with every system.
Invited suppliers and customers can participate without an additional per-supplier or per-customer network charge, and network participation is unlimited. This helps clients collect supplier evidence and collaborate on responses across their existing network. It does not mean the enterprise platform subscription, consultant licenses, or implementation services are free; those arrangements should be discussed separately.
Follow the finding, assigned owner, action, and supporting evidence into the next review. Implementation progress, evidence acceptance, verification of effectiveness, and formal closure remain separate. A completed action should not automatically become a claim that the improvement worked. Agree what evidence and later observation are needed, and retain the review outcome with the client's record.
Yes, where that work falls within your engagement and authorized access. Review quantity, rate, cost, and responsibility evidence alongside the original claims and supporting records. Customer credits, supplier or insurance recovery, approvals, and settlements remain distinct. A recorded product outcome does not automatically authorize a credit or determine coverage; the appropriate parties retain financial decisions.
Choose one client workflow with a defined gap, responsible team, and review criteria. It could be supplier renewal, a lot-transformation trace, or a controlled mock recall. Use representative records, observe exceptions, and assess the follow-up with the client. Establish a comparable baseline before making claims about time saved, readiness improvement, or the scale of continuing work.
